1. Funds held in cash are FDIC insured up to $250,000. Funds that are transferred by individual investors to the Peer Street Funding, LLC Investors Trust Account at Wells Fargo Bank (the "Account") are insured by the FDIC up to the maximum amount per individual, cumulative of all funds held by the individual investor at Wells Fargo. However, the funds are insured by the FDIC only while such funds are in the Account. As soon as an investor’s applicable investment closes, such investor’s funds are transferred out of the Account and the FDIC insurance will no longer be in effect. Investments in the Notes are not insured by the FDIC, are not considered bank deposits nor guaranteed by PeerStreet and are subject to risks including the entire loss of principal. 2.
