Frequently Asked Questions

Who should apply to be a part of the E.N.U.F. mentorship program?

E.N.U.F. is a program designed for real estate entrepreneurs from underserved backgrounds who are committed to improving their communities and closing the wealth gap using the power of real estate.

Ideal candidates have a compelling desire to invest in the communities they live and work in, provide better quality housing options for their neighbors and create wealth for disadvantaged communities, in spite of their own personal, socio-economic setbacks.

What types of mentors could I be paired with?

Our mentors are experts in their fields. All of them have deep experience with real estate, real estate investing and/or lending. Each of our mentors is screened before joining our program.

I am based outside of the U.S. Am I eligible to apply as a mentee or mentor?

No, at this time we are only accepting applicants based in the United States.

Who administers the distribution of grants and investments to the real estate entrepreneurs?

E.N.U.F. has partnered with Tides Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, to establish a fund that holds charitable contributions, and, with the support of an advisory committee, reviews investment and grant opportunities and makes decisions regarding disbursements.
